Novena of Divine Mercy

Good Friday marks the beginning of the Divine Mercy Novena, which culminates with Divine Mercy Sunday, the Sunday following Easter.
Learn how to fully participate and receive the graces promised.  This incredible gift to mankind has been given especially for our day and time.
If ever there was a message of hope (for a world gone wrong), this is it.

"Right from the beginning of my ministry in St. Peter’s See in Rome, I consider this message of Divine Mercy my special task. Providence has assigned it to me in the present situation of man, the Church and the world. It could be said that precisely this situation assigned that message to me as my task before God."
                     Pope Saint John Paul II

EXPLORATIONS IN THE FAITH
Christ the King parish
Classes meet from about 9:15 – 10:30
on days when there is a school Mass.
You are welcome to come to any or all of these classes.

Many people, whether they are actively Catholic, distant from the Church, or simply curious about the faith, have questions about various aspects of the Catholic Church. They want to know what Catholics believe, how to they interpret the Bible, why they do certain things, what the Mass and Sacraments are all about, how we relate to other religions, and practical topics such as how to help raise children in the faith, how to develop prayer and spirituality, and how to live in fidelity to Christ. Explorations in the Faith will be an opportunity to consider questions, to investigate a variety of topics, to share faith, experience, and prayer.

2. Receive Holy Communion  in a state of grace
3. Recite the Rosary  pray 5 decades of the Rosary (one set of mysteries)
