Pope Saint John Paul II, Saint Mother Teresa, Saint Maximilian Kolbe and Saint Louis de Montfort all consecrated themselves to Jesus through Mary and have said this to be the “quickest, surest, easiest way” to sainthood. They encourage us to follow their example, to entrust ourselves to Our Lady in order to reach her son.
For 33 days you will read a passage from the book and answer four questions while at home. The daily reading is only two pages long and should take less than five minutes. You are asked to ponder the passages throughout the day in imitation of our Lady: “Mary treasured all these things and reflected on them in her heart.” (Luke 2:19)
At the end of each week, participants will meet to discuss the chapter and view a 30 minute DVD lesson by Fr. Michael Gaitley.
Our consecration to Mary will be done at the 6:00 Mass on the Feast of the Nativity of Mary, Tuesday September 8th.
